Sales Specialists

We help businesses generate traffic to their websites and grow their leads by using our custom adaptive marketing systems! Real solutions = real results – no marketing models in a box! We’re looking for creative, ambitious, service-orientated sales people who want to be a part of an exciting organization.

Sales Specialists will be responsible for the following:

- Continuous outside sales and cold calling to consistently fill their pipeline with potential prospects;
- Respond to incoming leads generated by Adovio;
- Qualify leads to determine their unique Internet marketing needs;
- Effectively articulate custom internet marketing proposals over the phone, demonstrating the value of Internet marketing and how it can increase traffic flow/leads to a business.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional phone/interpersonal/conversation skills with the ability to build rapport, trust and close sales entirely over the telephone;
- Experience using the internet, browsers, Google adwords, social media, etc.;
- Basic understanding of Internet marketing and search engine concepts/practices (including SEO/SEM, Social Media, Pay Per Click, etc.);
- Strong sales and closing skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on customer service;
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to multi-task, self-directed, motivated, proactive and a strong attention to detail;
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus;
- Solid PC, general Office, CRM;
- Dependable, assertive, self motivated, driven, sales oriented

Competitive Compensation package:

- Sales Specialists are Independent Contractors;
- 100% commission at extremely high rates; with the potential to make over $100K;
- Commissions are paid bi-monthly;
- Work from home! 100% telecommute with no travel or gas expense!
